MEMBERSHIP PURCHASE:
MEMBERSHIPS CAN BE PURCHASED ONLINE OR AT OUR FRONT DESK DURING STAFFED HOURS. ALL NEW MEMBERS HAVE A $10 ENROLLMENT FEE.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND:
MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS must adhere to the terms of your membership agreement. A 30-day cancellation notice is required after the minimum commitment is fulfilled. Cancellations must be completed and signed on the cancellation form in person at either FIT location during staffed hours. Cancellations cannot be submitted by phone, email, or verbal request. Refunds are not provided for membership fees.

WE ACCEPT VARIOUS PAYMENT METHODS, INCLUDING CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, AND VENMO. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH AND APPLE PAY.

FRIENDS, FAMILY AND CHILDREN ALL REQUIRE A DAY PASS OR MEMBERSHIP TO ENTER WITH YOU. FEES WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED TO YOUR CARD FOR ANY PERSON (MEMBER OR NON-MEMBER) YOU LET IN TO THE FACILITY WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.
