By participating in FIT activities, you acknowledge that fitness activities, including use of equipment, infrared sauna, and cold tub, involve inherent risks such as injury, illness, or property damage. You voluntarily assume all risks and agree to participate at your own risk. You release, waive, and hold harmless FIT, Key West Tanning LLC, NLXF, and their owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims or liability arising from your participation or use of facilities, including those resulting from ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You confirm that you are physically able to participate, have no conditions that would increase your risk (or accept full responsibility if you do), and will stop activity if you feel unsafe. You agree to cover any injury or damage costs not covered by insurance. You grant permission for use of your photo/video for promotional purposes without compensation. Use of the sauna and cold tub is at your own risk and may involve heat/cold-related health effects. Consult a physician if needed. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. By agreeing, you confirm you have read and understand this waiver and give up certain legal rights, including the right to sue for negligence.
