FIT offers two 24hr locations in Cedar Falls. Our Fit university location offers child care, weekly fitness classes, state-of-the-art weight room equipment, showers and lockers.

Hey, my name is Andrew, and I own a landscape company based out of the Cedar Valley. I enjoy every part of building a successful business and the life skills Iโ€™ve learned along the way. When Iโ€™m not working, my first thought is to hit the gym and get better. I love meeting new people and enjoying new experiences.
