This weekโs spotlight is dedicated to Cameron!
Iโm Cameron and Iโm 28 years old. I grew up in Reinbeck but now live in the Cedar Valley. A good chunk of my free time is spent at Fit Courts but outside the gym I enjoy traveling, being around friends and family and pretending to be a good golfer.

For me the key is keeping each workout different. Adding variety helps me stay excited and motivated.

Right now Iโm focusing on flexibility. I never used to take this seriously but doing hot yoga on a regular basis has had a very positive impact on my body.
