ABOUT FIT GYMS

Please note that FIT Gyms is moving to a cashless business and accepts credit only! The mission of FIT is to help our members achieve balance in health and wellness through the practice of our three core principles:

1. Accepting of all people
Our organization will be recognized primarily for our exceptional customer service through respecting all who choose to take their journey with us. We will always allow individuals to sign up for fitness classes, regardless of the point in time of the session. We will provide a breadth of assets to members, such as an interactive app and an intimate tour and explanation of resources.

2. Respecting the fitness journey
Health and wellness is a lifelong journey. Things rings true regardless of experience level. This understanding separates our methodology of capturing the attention and inspiring clients from others. We understand that fitness journeys can experience breaks or gaps for a multitude of reasons. We never condemn clients, instead, we look for unique ways to improve their experience.

3.Making a difference through family
Our objective above all is to retain a family mentality that allows our clients to thrive in their journey. We must always evolve to become a fluid and welcoming place for all members. Whether it be a safe children’s area or the promotion of attainable goals for older members, at no point does our facility and programs feel unwelcome. To get the best of our members, we must give the best of ourselves. We will continue to lead in our culture by helping all people live a better life. A FIT LIFE!
