Come join me for muscle group focused upper body strength class. Every week we will specifically train two muscle groups back to back. We will incorporate TRX (total body resistance training) as well bi weekly. Studies show focusing on two muscle groups increases your strength and muscle growth.
A full body workout targeting all muscle areas using weights, resistance bands, and more. You’ll get a variety of formats and intensity levels designed to increase strength and endurance, tone, and maximize your fitness journey.

A class for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions, Power Hour gives you a total body 60 minute workout. The instructor will coach you through moves and techniques while helping you achieve results!
Our instructor will be using Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.
Yoga can enhance flexibility, psyche, fitness, and many other aspects of wellness. Hot yoga benefits your body and mind through meditation, focused breathing, as well as weight loss benefits. In a room that nearly reaches 90 degrees, you will sweat out toxins while allowing your body to safely move deeper into stretches.
HIIT class is a total body, cardio, and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
Let’s get ready for a fast paced, high intensity, total body workout that incorporated, bands, weights, & bars. This class will help you develop strength, cardiovascular stamina, through tough intense drills. Cardio will be focused on 30 minutes straight and then we will switch to 15 minutes of intense core work on our abs.
An efficient and challenging form of conditioning which develops endurance, flexibility, and coordination utilizing a variety of exercises and workout stations. We will be incorporating Box Jumps, TRX, exercise bikes, rowing machines , and weight training.
Join Sydney for a calming and meditative yoga flow! Focusing on the mind – muscle connection and giving yourself the opportunity to slow down, this class is perfect for those nurturing injuries, beginners or if you’ve been off your mat for a while! Class will have various yoga styles, including Hatha, vinyasa, and yin!
Do you want your legs shaking after class? This is the workout for you. 45 minutes of intense leg strength training. Designed to work every part of your leg and booty too! TRX ( total body resistance training) will also be incorporated bi weekly. TRX is a revolutionary workout method that uses gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Don’t miss LEG day!
Join Sydney for a multi level morning yoga flow! This class allows you to fully arrive and enjoy stillness of the mind, focus on the breath, warm up and energize the body so you can conquer the rest of the day!
This boot style strength class is designed to build muscle and definition. It will work your total body using weights, resistance bands, and short cardio bursts used to develop endurance while increasing strength.
