CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Upper Body Blast

Come join me for muscle group focused upper body strength class. Every week we will specifically train two muscle groups back to back. We will incorporate TRX (total body resistance training) as well bi weekly. Studies show focusing on two muscle groups increases your strength and muscle growth.

TRANSFORM

A full body workout targeting all muscle areas using weights, resistance bands, and more. You’ll get a variety of formats and intensity levels designed to increase strength and endurance, tone, and maximize your fitness journey.

TRX™ Suspension Training

The original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. The TRX™ Suspension Trainer delivers a fast, effective total-body workout with a focus on legs and glutes, helps build a rock-solid core, and increases muscular endurance.

Power Hour

A class for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions, Power Hour gives you a total body 60 minute workout. The instructor will coach you through moves and techniques while helping you achieve results!

Hot Vinyasa Flow

Our instructor will be using Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.

Yoga can enhance flexibility, psyche, fitness, and many other aspects of wellness. Hot yoga benefits your body and mind through meditation, focused breathing, as well as weight loss benefits. In a room that nearly reaches 90 degrees, you will sweat out toxins while allowing your body to safely move deeper into stretches.

H. I. I. T.

HIIT class is a total body, cardio, and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Cardio / Ab Blast

Let’s get ready for a fast paced, high intensity, total body workout that incorporated, bands, weights, & bars. This class will help you develop strength, cardiovascular stamina, through tough intense drills. Cardio will be focused on 30 minutes straight and then we will switch to 15 minutes of intense core work on our abs.

Circuits

An efficient and challenging form of conditioning which develops endurance, flexibility, and coordination utilizing a variety of exercises and workout stations. We will be incorporating Box Jumps, TRX, exercise bikes, rowing machines , and weight training.

Barre

Barre is a hybrid workout class, combining ballet inspired moves with elements of pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Utilizing a traditional ballet barre, small weights and balls, barre focuses on muscles in the legs, core and glutes. Barre uses a series of targeted, repetitive, low impact movements that burn fat and tone muscles. This class is for any fitness level!

HIIT FUSION

Build full body strength with this fast paced, HIIT style, fusion workout. Modifications will be offered to make each exercise accessible for all. Expect to sweat with minimal time wasted during this 45 minute class.

FIT Power Yoga

Yoga in all forms can enhance flexibility, psyche, fitness and many other aspects of wellness. Hot yoga benefits your body and mind through meditation, focused breathing, as well as weight loss benefits. In a room that reaches 90 degrees, you will sweat out toxins while allowing your body to safely move deeper into stretches through a fusion of Power, Cardio, and Vinyasa yoga – moving with the breath between postures, holding each pose for a few breaths, and adding intensity through optional dynamic movement in held poses.

Legs 4 Days

Do you want your legs shaking after class? This is the workout for you. 45 minutes of intense leg strength training. Designed to work every part of your leg and booty too! TRX ( total body resistance training) will also be incorporated bi weekly. TRX is a revolutionary workout method that uses gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination and flexibility. Don’t miss LEG day!

STRENGTH Fusion

An efficient and challenging form of conditioning which develops endurance, flexibility, and coordination utilizing a variety of exercises and workout stations. We will be incorporating box jumps, weights, bands and weight training!

FIT KIDS

We offer child care so you can take full advantage of your gym membership! FIT Kids is a program we are very proud to offer.
