This class is a high intensity class designed to improve cardio conditioning, Alternating between cardio, strength, balance, and core training segments. Upper/Booty day is a bodyweight training class emphasizing upper body strength and the development of muscle. For the last 15 minutes, we will focus on lower body glutes by isolating muscles using bands(members bring) as our primary focus.
A full body workout targeting all muscle areas using weights, resistance bands, and more. You’ll get a variety of formats and intensity levels designed to increase strength and endurance, tone, and maximize your fitness journey.
Bikes with varying resistance, these fun cycling workouts will help you burn more calories and drip more sweat than you ever thought possible on a bike. Spin is 45 minutes with additional strength training for 30 minutes on Mondays.

A class for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions, Power Hour gives you a total body 60 minute workout. The instructor will coach you through moves and techniques while helping you achieve results!
Our instructor will be using Vinyasa Flow Yoga, a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements.
Yoga can enhance flexibility, psyche, fitness, and many other aspects of wellness. Hot yoga benefits your body and mind through meditation, focused breathing, as well as weight loss benefits. In a room that nearly reaches 90 degrees, you will sweat out toxins while allowing your body to safely move deeper into stretches.
HIIT class is a total body, cardio, and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.
This 45 minute strength and conditioning class will focus on upper body movements using dumbells and TRX bands designed to increase tone and muscle definition. This class will test your strength and stability, so be prepared for a challenge each week!
This awesome class is a high intensity total body workout with stations of high-intensity exercises targeting strength building, and muscular endurance with a total body focus.
Barre is a hybrid workout class, combining ballet inspired moves with elements of pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Utilizing a traditional ballet barre, small weights and balls, barre focuses on muscles in the legs, core and glutes. Barre uses a series of targeted, repetitive, low impact movements that burn fat and tone muscles. This class is for any fitness level!
Build full body strength with this fast paced, HIIT style, fusion workout. Modifications will be offered to make each exercise accessible for all. Expect to sweat with minimal time wasted during this 45 minute class.
Fit Park is ideal for parents wanting their children to stay active during the winter months! We are providing the opportunity for kids to play on the courts with parent supervision at FIT Courts (924 Viking Rd Cedar Falls). Toys and play equipment is available to all while providing a warm and safe INDOOR PARK environment.
All ages are welcome with parent supervision.
Daily Rate: $3.00 per child/ FREE with KIDS MEMBERSHIP or under age one!
