FIT provides the Cedar Valley with an amazing selection of high quality fitness classes to fit your needs. Our members gain access to our free weekly fitness classes, while our Next Level and Fighterbody programs provide high-intensity bootcamp-style courses for those interested in something more. Learn more about all our class options below.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

TRX™ Suspension Training:

The original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. The TRX ™ Suspension Trainer delivers a fast, effective total-body workout, helps build a rock-solid core, and increases muscular endurance.

Cardio Circuits

A mix of cardio and weight training that will focus on total body cardio. This is a high energy fitness class with strength training that will increase your cardio endurance. Going from high intensity cardio to moderate to low for small recoveries and then back up to high. Some resistance training with bands and weights.

Spinning

The best of spin bikes – with varying resistance, these fun cycling workouts will help you burn more calories and drip more sweat than you ever thought possible on a bike. 60 or 45 minute class. We have also added strength training in with spin class for an added challenge.

Hot Yoga

Yoga in all forms can enhance, flexibility, psyche, fitness and many other aspects of wellness. Hot yoga benefits your body and mind through meditation, focused breathing, as well as weight loss benefits. In a room that nearly reaches triple digits, you will by sweat out toxins while allowing your body to safely move deeper into stretches.

Power Hour

A class for anyone looking to get lean, toned, and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, Pump Express gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through moves and techniques while helping you achieve results!

H. I. I. T.

HIIT class is a total body, cardio and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

SHOCK

Body Shock is a muscle confusion dynamics class with a total body format focused on endurance, weighted cardio, and strength training, ending with overall core/ab development.

Plyo Circuits

Plyo circuits is a timed circuit training stationed workout with STRENGTH AND PLYOMETRIC. MOVEMENTS designed to incorporate both fast and slow twitch muscle development. This 45 minute total body workout is an amazing way to start your day.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a form of body conditioned resistance training using timed stations of high-intensity exercises targeting strength building, cardio & muscular endurance with a total Body Focus.

Tabata

Tabata is an intense interval training class that is meant to improve overall fitness levels. This 60 minute class focuses on reps, doing an exercise for 20 seconds on 10 seconds off. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body.

FIT KIDS

We offer FREE child care so you can take full advantage of your gym membership! FIT Kids is a program we are very proud to offer.

BY FIT

Next Level by FIT is a bootcamp style group fitness class led by passionate trainers incorporating kickboxing, weights, cardio, and more to deliver incredible results. Enjoy free child care, free FIT gym membership, and nutritional guidance with your Next Level by FIT membership.
