Boot Camp incorporates the benefits of strength, HIIT and functional training styles through ever changing workouts in a motivating environment that pushes you to your maximum potential! 60 minute class that is for all fitness levels.
This fun and motivating circuit training class gives you the tools to create your own circuit to focus on what you want to work on the most. Circuit options include: Kickboxing, weight training, TRX suspension trainers, core movements, speed & agility drills, plyometrics, body weight training, and more. With the
power to build your own personal circuit, participants at any fitness level can find a way to challenge themselves!
